Mechatronic Engineering Ltd. the developers of IRBCAM Robotic CAM interface software are pleased to announce the support of Kuka robots. The recent introduction of the completely re-written IRBCAM Version 2011A has allowed the easy integration of a variety of robots for manufacturing purposes. The Kuka phase of support is now complete and there is a library of 20 Kuka robots included in the software. Supporting other types of robots was always on the agenda and demand has increased for robots other than ABB. This is an important addition to IRBCAM and it will allow a cost effective manufacturing solution to existing users of Kuka robots.
The new version also includes a new Roller Mode with configuration of the 6th axis and improved support for G-Code.
